Used Swindon Glass to have a cat flap fitted years ago and they were professional and careful with my very old window, so when I wanted my large picture window in my kitchen replaced, I called them again. Got the son who has taken over dad’s business and he was very responsive via text and email. As I said it’s a very old house, but he was happy to have the glass cut and install it properly. He took his time to gently remove the old putty so the glass lay flat. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself which was nice. I have a beautiful view now and I love it. Steve came over at short notice on Saturday to help us dismantle a damaged 10mm toughened glass greenhouse. He arrived on time, assessed the problem & came up with the perfect solution, which he carried out in a thoroughly professional & speedy way. And he only charged us a modest amount, despite it being a Saturday. Fantastic service from an experienced professional glazier - glad to hear that he has trained his son & he will take over the business in due course !

This man was utterly rude to me when I asked him politely to move his van as he was blocking the back alley to do a job. I definitely would avoid this man if I was a lady as he was extremely rude and I felt very threatened by him. Avoid and go elsewhere.
